Cyber-safe Peer Review™ Panels provide actionable feedback to members who seek to improve their security posture following self-assessments.

Primary panelists include cybersecurity experts, fellow business owners, insurance specialists, and others connected to cybersecurity issues. These people share best practices, industry insights, and recommendations for filling gaps in or advancing members’ security plans.

Step 1

Download A. the Cyber-safe Peer Review™ Self-Assessment Survey, B. the Assessment Guide, and C. the Small Business Scaling Examples. Complete the questions and calculate your cybersecurity maturity rating for each section and in total. NOTE: Professional Members can use the automated online report generator.

Step 2

Attend a regular scheduled Q&A panel. Your peers will help you determine the best approach for proceeding depending on your scores, which categories need attention, and other circumstances relative to your unique business. NOTE: Community Members attend self-assessment workshops, while Professional Members engage Peer Review Panels for feedback on program implementation and management.

Step 3

Create a plan for filling gaps, improving preparedness, or implementing plans, policies, and procedures. Download needed templates such as checklist and inventory forms.

Step 4

Attend additional Q&A panels for ongoing clarification and suggestions. You can also schedule a private session to address more sensitive or detailed aspects of your cybersecurity needs. These sessions usually occur after regularly scheduled Q&A panels.

Ongoing Steps

Professional Members also have access to other online resources that can be helpful in managing their cybersecurity programs. However, their most important resources are fellow members who are also adjusting to the never-ending threats in this cyber-dependent economy.
